After years working face-to-face with lifters, I realised something:
- They didn’t need more treatment.
- They needed better programming.
- Not short-term fixes.
- Not passive therapy.
- But progressive strength that rebuilt movement and made them feel athletic again.

We don’t separate rehab from training.
We integrate it — and rebuild properly.
You will have access to a full body strength and conditioning program as standard. Your rehab is then plugged into this program so it is fully integrative. You won't feel like this is rehab and we can tick off multiple problem areas in one go this way. Many coaches work purely on rehab and strength comes later. But why wait when you can integrate both.
You will need access to a basic gym. One that has has dumbbells, a barbell, a rack, kettlebells etc. If you have machines too, perfect. We will use whatever tools needed to fast track your training and to get you moving better.
This is what we're here for. Specific pain points and mobility restrictions which can be progressed at the same time as training hard. We will discuss the specific pain points with you prior to working together in a consultation call as part of the process if you're the right fit.
You will have access to video calls, daily support via whatsapp, weekly form checks and access to our training forum. Communication levels are high!
Within the first 2-4 weeks most clients see significant jumps in progress especially in regards to pain. Within these four weeks you will still be training too building strength and conditioning in other areas. Pain goes down, movement quality goes up, strength and conditioning go up. This is how you build serious capacity.
If you follow the program, you will. If we can't help you, we won't take you on. Not every client is the right fit and this is why we have an application process.
Yes, we work with you to build the plan around your lifestyle.
Once your initial phase is complete you have the option to continue with us or move back to your previous training program. Most clients hang around for a long time after to run through our strength and conditioning program.
